NIBS GUIDELINES 3-2006
National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) published their Guideline 3-2006 “Exterior Enclosure Technical Requirements for the Commissioning Process” for use with ASHRAE Guideline 0-2005: The Commissioning Process. The Guideline focuses on commissioning building exterior enclosure systems and describes the specific tasks necessary for implementation. It can be applied to both new construction and renovation projects.
