Since 2019, Commissioning & Green Building Solutions, Inc. (CxGBS) has been part of an IDIQ with Belinda Stewart Architects, working together on projects in the states of Alabama and Mississippi. Recently CxGBS assisted Belinda Stewart Architects at the Oxford Federal Courthouse in Oxford, MS, by providing window testing. CxGBS followed the ASTM E1105 standard test method for field determination of water penetration during the three-day testing period, utilizing testing chambers constructed to serve the rectangular windows.
