Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services – GSA

This six-floor facility serves as the headquarters for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The facility houses government offices, conference rooms, a cafeteria, production studio, auditorium, library, and fitness center.

CxGBS provided LEED certification guidance and documentation administration, energy assessment, and ASHRAE 62.1-2007 testing in an effort to achieve LEED Silver certification, using LEED EBOM 2009 criteria.

    • Green cleaning and other operations and maintenance-related procedures
    • Sustainable operations staff training
    • Sustainable operations quality assurance guidance
    • Construction IAQ, waste management, and erosion and sedimentation plans
