Charlie Elliott Wildlife Center – GA Dept. of Natural Resources

The Charlie Elliott Wildlife Center in Mansfield, Georgia serves as a natural resources training center for children and adults.  The primary buildings include the Visitor’s Center, Adult Lodge, Commons Building and the feature building, the Banquet Hall, which is the primary location for meetings, dining and educational opportunities. The Banquet Hall features natural light, expansive views and a massive stone fireplace adjoining a 2,500-square-foot deck. It was awarded the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) – NC Silver certification in 2005.

The CxGBS Holistic Commissioning® process commissioned the building enclosure, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
