Goizueta School of Business – Emory University

Completed in 2005, the Goizueta School of Business houses areas for PhD students, executive MBA classrooms, the MBA Career Management Center, and conference and breakout rooms.

CxGBS was contracted to establish a LEED® plan for the LEED O&M Pilot Project.  The building was selected for LEED-EB as a “Good Building” that “Has Many Green Features.”  The building is Gold Certified by the LEED® green building program.

Emory University, regarding the Goizueta School of Business project, reported that only thirteen work orders were recorded and that no significant issues or known occupant complaints were experienced for a five-year time period.  The Goizueta School of Business is considered one of university’s “Best.”
