Hillcrest Sports Medicine Clinic – Waco

The new Hillcrest Sport Medicine and Orthopedics Center is a four-story facility adjacent to the Hillcrest Medical Center in Waco, Texas. The facility includes a rehabilitation area, multiple operating rooms, patient care areas, meeting rooms, a small pharmacy area, offices, and support areas. A shell space is included on the fourth floor for future expansion of the facility.

CxGBS® provided Holistic Commissioning® during the construction phase, including the HVAC, HVAC controls, lighting controls, service water heating, emergency power distribution, and elevator and HVAC interaction with the fire alarm system.
