This new 228,000 square foot, two-story high school complex accommodates a capacity of 1,200 students with a core capacity of 1,500. Core areas consist of an auditorium, two gymnasiums (one double courts and one single) with locker rooms and a treatment room, a cafeteria and kitchen, media center, a band/choir room, a computer lab, an electronics repair room, a science lab, a combined studio/multi-purpose room, and administrative offices.
CxGBS® provided Holistic Commissioning® of the building enclosure, HVAC including iStorage system, plumbing, and electrical during the pre-design through construction and warranty phases.
