CxGBS has assisted building owners with attaining sustainable, high-performance, healthy buildings for a wide variety of building types across a variety of sectors.  Here are just a few representative projects:


CxGBS provided Holistic Commissioning® services during the design, construction, and warranty phases for the building enclosure, HVAC, HVAC controls, lighting controls, electrical, domestic water, and plumbing systems of this new two-phase addition to the U.S. Diplomacy Center, that will house a museum and educational center.


CxGBS provided Holistic Commissioning services during the design, construction, and warranty phases for the building enclosure, HVAC, HVAC Controls, Plumbing, Electrical and Lighting systems for Georgia Gwinnett College’s new three-story facility housing classrooms, offices and support functions.


As the commissioning agent for multiple new facilities for the Mississippi Department of Public Safety,  CxGBS is providing Holistic Commissioning services during the pre-design through construction and warranty phases for the building enclosure, HVAC, HVAC Control, Plumbing, Electrical and Lighting systems of the new Mississippi Central Crime Lab.



January 24, 2017 – Commissioning and Green Building Solutions, Inc.
